Chopped turkey hoagie is awesome. Turkey is oven roasted daily. Sandwich makers are careful to build yours with the exact ingredients as you wish.

Sandwich was good. Counter help could have been better.

Fast service, option to order online, lots of meat and delicious bread. About 10,000 times better than Wawa hoagies. Definitely a favorite!

Nothing like it used to be. After giving Capriotti's my business for the last ten plus years I will no longer patronize their establishments. It has been building for awhile and it saddens me. The amount of meat that they put on their cheese steaks has diminished so much that it no longer even makes it to the ends of the rolls. I also have to order extra cheese in order to have any taste of it on the sandwich. The meats and cheeses that they use on their hoagies have gone down in quality and are usually sliced too thick. The texture and taste of their rolls make me think that they are using some type of par baked item, nothing like the fresh, chewy South Philly style rolls they used to use. They have cut too many corners and in my opinion it will eventually lead to the downfall of what was once the best hoagie and cheese steak shops around.

Used to be great! Unfortunately, same prices and you get skimpy subs. More bread than meat... go somewhere else...

Possibly my favorite hoagies around. We always get these for family gatherings. The turkey gobbler/Bobby whatever it is is so good. I usually make sure we get an Italian hoagie too. Highly recommend this place.

Ah Capriotti's. After almost 25 years away I came back. The Bobby is still great and my children love a Ham and Cheese.

I would give zero stars if I could! There was an entire beetle in my salad yesterday!! I posted about it to my Facebook to warn my friends and family, like anyone else would, and the person who made the salad started commenting on my post being very unprofessional and very ignorant to both me and others who had commented!! This is not okay and I need to speak to an owner immediately to discuss both health and employee standards.

Stopped in for a Veggie Turkey sub. There were probably only four pieces of Veggie meat on it, the dressing was all over the place, packed full of lettuce.... for $9, a total rip-off.

SO disorganized-where's the manager?? We've been a few times over the past couple months now so I know its not just a one time thing. Today I ordered 1 cheesesteak online & pulled up 20 min later. Called like they ask you to-the kid that answered told me he'd be out in a minute. 20 min later, after waiting on people that had arrived after me, I finally was able to get his attention. He brings out my sandwich, says sorry for the delay but it was on the grill. Uh no. Got home with it 5 min later and my husband said it was cold (and also didn't include the ketchup that was on the order & receipt). Glad I gave that 15% tip. Going to Primos next time.

Forget Wawa. This is the REAL Gobbler! They use fresh oven-roasted turkey, not preservative-packed lunch meat. You can taste the difference.

Decent food, but terrible service. Rude staff and orders are wrong more often than not.

Clean, quick, and good customer service. Sandwiches (especially Cheesesteaks, which is my preference) are just a bit blander than you would expect, but still pretty good in a pinch.

Food is ok. The employees that were working when I was there were way too unorganized, very slow, and just all around not meant to be working in the food industry. I waited for my food for 25 minutes after calling it in (small order) and people were coming in after me and leaving before me. Stupid mistakes like this make me not come back ever.

I usually love Capriotti's but we were disappointed with our sandwiches today. I ordered the Bobbie and a "Classic Cheesesteak. The Bobbie was all stuffing and cranberry, and had very little Turkey. And instead of a cheesesteak they made us a chicken-cheesesteak. It was good but we wanted steak not chicken. One more comment/request--PLEASE go back to the other rolls they were so much better. Thanks for listening!

vehicle was towed after 2 hours of it being parked on the side of their building. very generous people that manage it. I used to come and buy from them, but no more. thanks for the $200 dollar bill for being towed

Love the sandwiches. The turkey and roast beef are cooked fresh and shredded rather than being cold cuts.

Always fast, always good. I like their shredded meat but wish it was a little less dry.

If I could give it a 0 out of 5 I could. New management better figure out how to make this a good sandwich joint again. They changed their rolls for the worst and also can’t follow simple directions on sandwich. Place just puts whatever they want on your sandwich I guess. Lacks menu items regularly. Time for a new spot in town.

These are the BEST fresh meat sandwiches that you will ever have. Turkey meat hand pulled off the turkey, fresh baked sliced ham. The sandwiches are packed full of flavor and meat!!

I usually get a great sandwich from Capriotti’s, however, the tuna is terrible. It was way too salty, it spoiled my normally positive experience. Cut back on the salt!

Pretty great sandwiches but the service sucks. I tried to call ahead but all I got was a busy signal for 15 minutes so decided to go for it. clearly a busy day - the sign of good food ... but also a sign of disorganization. While I was waiting, I saw one employee spend pretty much my entire wait time just spreading and re spreading cranberry sauce on some bobbies (a favorite). Others rushed around trying to find orders for those who ordered online. I also saw someone unwrapping sandwiches to put on forgotten items. I ordered three sandwiches once I arrived - and I eventually got three sandwiches. Not quite what I ordered, but they we're good. So the good, the bad, and the ugly. Good sandwiches, bad service, and ugly waits. So next time I will order online, give them plenty of time to complete the order, and check the order before leaving. If it wasn't for the sandwiches, there wouldn't be a next time ...

I used to come here all the time for food. Recently it’s been going down hill. Today I went and got a cheesesteak.. not only did I find red peppers in my cheesesteak that I didn’t order, there was still RAW pieces of meat in the cheesesteak! I asked for light ketchup and mayo on my sandwich and it was doused in it. I think this is the last time I’m going here.

Great sandwiches. Good quality ingredients with generous portions and a good price. The Slo-be-Joe is awesome and the Bobbie is like Thanksgiving Dinner on a hoagie roll. Reasonable prices too.

One of the better spots to grab a hoagie/sandwich in West Chester

Shredded dry turkey and roast beef..delivered to the stores in joint compound buckets the only moisture in the sandwich is the mayonnaise, cole slaw and Cranberry jelly. If you have posted a 5 star review for this place you are nuts..Do you see any ovens in a Capriottis store, of course not, nothing is fresh.

Great food at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and the food is usually pretty quick to come out. I just wish there was a place to sit and eat like some other Capriotti's locations.

The store in this is so dirty,the floor is so dirty. Bathroom smell so bed. Ordered Maryland crab soup, when we received our order it was half a bowl and the waiters said they have no lid it's run out..what??? And you run out of soup too because you gave us half a bowl? Don't go there..
